Tier rack and stacking frames are used when your palletized product is crushable and is not self-supporting. A Stack Frame has a base platform with four leg holes and four tubular steel legs that are placed in the holes. The product is placed in the stack frame, and a forklift stacks the frame one on top of the other in lanes. Tier rack consists of a wooden pallet with a metal frame around the palletized product. This metal frames allows the customers pallets of product to be uniformly stacked and protects the product from damage due to crushing.
